A NOTE FROM the studio
What's really going on here?
Sometimes it was about why I reacted so strongly to something that seemed so small. Sometimes it was about why the same relationship kept arriving wearing different faces. Sometimes it was about why my body was trying so hard to get my attention.
Along the way I explored just about everything I could get my hands on — psychology, personal development, mind-body philosophy, spirituality, journalling, neuroscience, Louise Hay, Lise Bourbeau, Bjørn Eybl, and countless ideas in between. Some of it changed my life, some of it didn't. But one thing became obvious: most tools helped me feel better, while very few helped me understand myself — and understanding changes everything.
Because when you finally see where a pattern began, you stop fighting it. When you understand why your body has been whispering, you stop seeing it as the enemy. And when you recognise that your reactions once served a purpose, you stop trying to fix yourself and start getting curious instead.
That's how Soulvd came into existence — not to tell you who you are or what to believe, but to build thoughtful tools that help you ask better questions. Awakeify helps you notice the stories you're living inside. Bodhi Cipher explores the conversations your body might be trying to have. The next tools will ask different questions again, but they'll all begin in the same place:
Curiosity.
Because I've don't believe we're broken — I think we're carrying patterns that made perfect sense once, and have simply outlived their usefulness. So this little studio isn't here to save you. It's here to hand you a torch.
The exploring part is still yours.
— Kim, Soulvd
the tools
Two tools so far, each built the same way — start with a real question, then build something honest enough to sit with it.

A self-awareness journal for the person who didn't know there was another way. Feel it, see it, shift it — then let the reflection land

A mind-body decoder for the aches and symptoms your doctor can't quite explain. Search a symptom, follow four steps, meet the story living underneath it.
